GENERAL POLICIES
* Dancers must stay home if ill or a family
member has a flu virus.
* Wear proper dancewear as described on Ann's website under "Dress Code"
* No Jewelry, no perfumes.
* Hair up and pulled back.
* No food shall brought into the building.
* Good behavior is expected in class.
REMINDER! if anyone in your household has Covid, keep your dancer home. I can do a Zoom class if asked. If your child is getting over a flu or cold, keep her home until fully recovered. If your child has a stomach ache, cough and generally not feeling well, do not send her to the studio. Class is very physical and dancers need all their energy. We do not want to spread germs to all involved. I use hand sanitizer frequently on myself and the dancers (if they touch their face) during class. Air filters are running and the windows are open when possible.
ATTENDENCE - 30 days notice is required to drop out. Dancers must agree to attend all classes regularly. If my dancer misses 2 classes in 2 months, I will schedule a private lesson ($40) and if needed Zoom can be used at the regular class time to prevent spread of illness. Also, arriving more than 15 minutes late or leaving 15 minutes early will count as an absence.
ADVERTISEMENT Parents/legal guardians give their permission to the school to use photos and or video of their child without remuneration in connection with school publications and advertising.
REFUNDS No cash refunds except in extreme cases where the child has broken a leg or the family is moving out of state. Refunds will be applied as studio credit towards classes. Half year payments not refundable after October 15, and March 1. Full year payments not refundable after March 1. When refunded for advance payments, the student will be charged for classes taken, registration and two additional months.
DROPPING OUT I understand that written notice is required 30 days prior to dropping classes. If dropping (or skipping a month). I agree to pay tuition through that 30 day period.
